Located along the Hackensack River in Secaucus, New Jersey, The Waterton is a 4-story multifamily building containing 116 units. The residential structure is sited to enclose an open 3-story parking structure on three sides.

I was the Principal-in-Charge of this project managing it from pre-design through to construction documentation.
